| Abstract: We are building a computer system that contains a database of trademarks and reasons about their similarity to assess possible infringement. The systems consists of a database of pictorial trademarks, word-marks, and information about products and corporations. We describe our progress in indexing and describing pictorial trademarks, comparing word-marks for similarity, and generating natural language explanations of similarity. |
